 Self confidence is obviously very important to every individual to perform any given task successfully. Perfection and efficiency desired for the completion of the given task, are greatly enhanced and the expected output would be accurate in all aspects when the individual is fully packed with energy and self confidence. Mind must be tuned and properly set for the acceptance of proposed task and to perform it in an extraordinary manner. This is possible only when the individual is self confident and self determinant to accept and to perform it eventually. We can have positive mind set when we think to have it, it is in our hands because positive mind set is designed with the help of positive attitude and perceptions. When we modify our attitudes and perceptions in a positive way , automatically we are able to give positive suggestions to mind continuously, ultimately our mind starts thinking in a positive manner and generates positive thoughts which are highly desirable for the formation of self confidence and will power.

You can find no other man in this World has the same physic and mental status as you proudly have. Learn to notify your skills: Every man has been born with some hidden skills and talents, of course some of them are quite extraordinary. So try to interact with yourself to recognize your hidden talents and skills. Next make necessary arrangements to sharpen them to elevate yourself to  the new heights in life and in career as well.

Learn to improve your abilities : Capabilities and abilities are generated and strengthened by the continuous process of acquiring awareness and knowledge with wisdom. Cultivate the habit of updating your skills with the newest and sophisticated trends brought by the change either in technology and science or in society or in both the categories.    

Keep en eagle eye on change: Nothing is permanent except change, make needed arrangements to grab the awaiting opportunities and to avert the threats in any environment. We all know that fortune favors the ready and the brave, so be cautious and alert to change to chase the change.

trial to reach the vision goals in life and in career. I never think of pessimism and depression in any circumstances.

Add some more positive suggestions in accordance with your position and the situation that you deal with.

Everyone wants success in his every walk of life, yes it is quite common and natural. Confidence is a psychological element and related to mind. As we all know that our mind can do everything, it can make you fertile or barren, it can encourage you to materialize your goals or it can make you a failure man and it can design you as a warier or a coward in the battle field of life.

Once you train your mind in right direction, next it can take care of the prime elements of life and career. The big question is how we train our mind or how we keep our mind under control. Really it is not absurd to question like that, instead it is quite obvious to make query at this juncture of adding more possible awareness to our present knowledge in this regard.

We need to reinstate confidence and self esteem by giving positive auto suggestions to mind continuously. Try to keep your mind fresh and energetic by visualizing the prospects of bright future. Remember and memorize the simple victories that you have achieved till to the moment.

Next try to recollect the complements and applaud that you received from your dear and near ones. It can obviously boost your energies and encourages you to handle the rest of things successfully

Make an assessment of your skills in all aspects by comparing your skills with the skills of successful people in your relevant fields. If you find any wide gap between these, then try to think about the scope for the lapses in such related issues. Next try to make necessary arrangements to sharpen the existing skill and to add more possible skills which in turn they can replace the diffidence with confidence.

Be optimistic in all most all the issues related to your activities; try to see the bright side of the events and issues and persons. As a result of your positive attitude and positive mind set, your confidence will be in full swing and accelerated and takes you to the new heights of success. 

Believe in yourself that you have ability to do anything, courage to handle any worst situation, mental stamina to bare any level of physical and mental strain and stress and patience to pursue anything.

Come forward with a zeal to accept a challenge either in life or in work. Make a systematic plan of action and inspire yourself that you have enough resources to tackle the situation. If you have managed the challenge successfully, you can notice that your confidence levels are raised. This victory enables you to be confident to face even the worst situations in future.
